Ev Indy Mobile Connect has given me a new look in Ev. They were prompt, I was ready to give up and accept defeat but Ashley just wouldn't let me. She did what many business owners and companies would not... CARE!! I recommend EV indy mobile connect for any charging needs or emergencies they will quickly come to the rescue
This company was absolutely amazing. We were on our way back to the airport in the snow and our rental Tesla couldn’t make it up a slight incline. Many friendly motorists tried helping us but it was not possible. We ended up pulling over because we couldn’t make it to the nearest charging station. I called for a tow but then found EV Indy Mobile on google. I called and they said they could arrive likely within 45 mins. We were trying to catch a flight so we kept both the tow and EV Indy Connect enroute. The tow driver called and said he was 25 mins away so I called EV Indy Connect to cancel. I told them that tow driver was likely closer and that they could keep the payment I sent them since they had already been on the road coming to me. They refused to keep my payment and said that they couldn’t charge me if they didn’t provide me any service. I was very appreciative of them and again asked them to keep the payment but they politely declined.
25 minutes go by and the tow driver still hasn’t shown up. But guess who did show up? EV Indy Mobile still continued to me because they had a feeling the tow driver wasn’t as close as they said. The driver (Curtis) said his wife told him that he should still continue to me since the weather was terrible and we were hoping to make our flight. What amazing people that they thought about me and my daughter more than their business. They could have arrived to find us gone with the tow truck. But they came by just to make sure.
Curtis gave me a quick charge and made sure I had enough to make it to several charging stations. This whole time, the tow driver never showed up (I did try calling to cancel but they did not answer).
I would highly recommend this service if you’re ever in a pinch. Even their work van is really high end.

First of all GREAT family own and ran .... Talk to the daughter when my EV Van ran out of energy and Daughter was like we got you (very friendly) gave me prices and I was like I'll have you do it during normal hours and she was like ok. My Dad will call you tonight ans set it up.
Now dad calls and was super friendly and asked me some questions and he was very concerned for my van situation like it was one of his own vans or family member and it was all because we had a snow coming in and didn't want the battery ro lose all of what energy was left . This guy beat me to the van and was already charging it. Made sure he put enough charge so we can get to our next location l. Made sure to let us know if we have problems or didn't make it hes got us .Text me to make sure we made it and even told me where to go to get a fast charge.
Oh I forgot I also heard the CEO (wife) making hes on top of everything.
Highly recommend them for a bad situation of needing a charge.They will be there fast

Extremely friendly and prompt folks to work with, and I’m SO grateful for them. My insurance’s roadside assistant doesn’t offer anything other than a tow, but EV Indy was able to drive to my place of work and got me enough charge to get home.

We were out-of-state in Indy on business. We needed a same day solution to our adapter issue. Long story short, they saved the day havin, and providing, the necessary part we needed. Amazing customer service. They really saved the day for me when my Tesla battery died. They got to my vehicle in 40 minutes and I was back on the road in a jiffy. Do not let Tesla Roadside Assistance fool you into paying them 500 dollars to to tow your Tesla to the nearest service center for a charge when Curtis, I’ll get you up and running in your own vehicle for a fourth of the cost!
EV Indy Mobile Connect is always there whenever I need them. I am admittedly a "I know my car" type of person and there have been days where I definitely DID NOT know how bad it was. EV Mobile has come through for me and has worked with me. They are communicative, timely and very helpful, not just in the service they provide but also in their character.
