25 minutes go by and the tow driver still hasn’t shown up. But guess who did show up? EV Indy Mobile still continued to me because they had a feeling the tow driver wasn’t as close as they said. The driver (Curtis) said his wife told him that he should still continue to me since the weather was terrible and we were hoping to make our flight. What amazing people that they thought about me and my daughter more than their business. They could have arrived to find us gone with the tow truck. But they came by just to make sure.
Curtis gave me a quick charge and made sure I had enough to make it to several charging stations. This whole time, the tow driver never showed up (I did try calling to cancel but they did not answer).
I would highly recommend this service if you’re ever in a pinch. Even their work van is really high end.

Now dad calls and was super friendly and asked me some questions and he was very concerned for my van situation like it was one of his own vans or family member and it was all because we had a snow coming in and didn't want the battery ro lose all of what energy was left . This guy beat me to the van and was already charging it. Made sure he put enough charge so we can get to our next location l. Made sure to let us know if we have problems or didn't make it hes got us .Text me to make sure we made it and even told me where to go to get a fast charge.
Oh I forgot I also heard the CEO (wife) making hes on top of everything.

Worthing knowing that if your car is of Japanese make and uses CHADdeMO, you will not be able to get a quick charge unless you have an adapter. I found that out the hard way, so don’t be me!
